What should i do when i have a complaint?
You can use our contact form to give us an email:
- Always mention your name and if needed your order number.
- We will will handle your complaint within 14 days from the date that we answer this.
- Complaints should be reported as soon as possible.
- If you have any Disputes with our shop, you can contact the ODR Platform (Online Disput Resolution) platform wich has been set up for all consumers of online shops in the EU.
