Storage of personal data

Packing sheets
Packing sheets are only used internally to prepare orders for shipping. These and invoices are not sent physically to the customer but via an email system to the email address specified by the customer. Packing sheets are stored with us in a lockable room and are not accessible to unauthorized persons. We keep these in order to be able to solve possible mistakes and the like well and quickly. These packing sheets, with address data, are usually kept for no longer than 3 months and are then destroyed. This is done with a paper shredder class P-4, which is suitable for confidential documents.
Exceptions to the storage period for delivery notes are late-deliveries. If we cannot send orders completely, we will make late-deliveries. For this purpose, the packing sheets are kept longer to still be able to send the ordered part to the customer. We will inform the customer of this and they may also indicate what they want to happen with the late-deliveries.
Processor agreements
JMPB will not sell your information to third parties and will only provide this information if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligations, such as the tax authorities. With companies that process your data in our assignment, we conclude a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. JMPB remains responsible for these processing operations. Think of transferring address data to the carrier for example.
