Can I pay my order afterwards?

Its is not possible to pay your order afterwards. We only send orders when they are paid.

There a problem with the payment, what now?

Payments are always safe and simple at us.

There is a choice between payment options. Having trouble with the payment?
Then there is a chance that there is an error at the bank's payment system.

Is there a an error during your payment?
Try the payment again. If there is still an error please contact us so we can help with a solution.
P/N A common error with creditcard payments, we have a very secure payment fraud filter, the country you are ordering from must be the same as the creditcard you are using.

None paid orders will be cancelled. When the status of your payment is unclear we will ask you to contact us.

What are the Payment options?

You can pay us in several ways,

Through a bank transfer

You will receive a conformation email from us minutes after you've placed your order, in this email you'll find our account information and further information regarding your payment. Paying in front means that, after placing your order, you will pay the costs first. This is possible by using internet banking or an transfer form. Paying with internet banking is save and doesn't costs extra.

Please note:

- A bank transfer through the internet generally takes 1 till 3 working days to process.
- When transferring always mention your order number from your order conformation.
- When we receive your payment we will send you a conformation, from then we will process your order.

By PayPal

PayPal is an subsidiary of eBay and is the most used paying system worldwide. Payments through PayPal are safe and quick. Your credit card number, account number and address are save with PayPal and are never available to us.  Through PayPal you can pay online with all popular credit cards like, Dinners Club, American Express, Visa, MasterCard / Euro card, and so on. It is also possible to use PayPal to pay with an credit that you can charge through a bank transfer.

How does PayPal work?

When you place your order on our website your final step is payment. Here you choose to pay with PayPal by clicking on the PayPal button. You will be routed to the secure site of PayPal, here you can choose to log in or start as a new user. After your payment PayPal will inform use that the order is paid. You will receive an conformation through email and we will process your order.

By Apple Pay

We support payments with Apple Pay, if you place an order with your iPhone, you can choose to pay with Apple Pay, confirm your identity with Face ID or Touch ID and the payment is made immediately. You can complete the payment on your Macbook Pro or Macbook Air with your Touch ID.

 

Can I have an invoice?

By default, we send an invoice in PDF format wit the order processing, this is the second mail you receive from us after placing an order.

If you have an account with us, you can download an invoice in your account, save it as a PDF file or print on paper.

We can only send a specified invoice, we do not adjust invoices with descriptions, such as "delivered items".
