A worn clutch can be recognized when the engine makes revolutions, but the vehicle does not accelerate. The clutch plates can't get a grip because the friction material is worn. It may help in some cases to read adjust the clutch, but if the wear is too large thies will not solve the problem. Other problems that can arise to remedy are generally simpler, with the clutch, such as a broken cable or a faulty pressure pin.
