Various types of Buddyseats for your Kreidler

One of the characteristics of classic Kreidler mopeds is surely the Buddyseat: the long seat where you can sit on with two to take a ride through town and country. You saw the buddyseat in the 60s and 70s everywhere, not just on Kreidlers but also in many other brands.

Now, decades later, most original buddyseats are in need of at least a thorough overhaul or complete replacement. The coating is often torn, the frame is rusted and the filling is gone. Redecorating it can be a fun challenge for the enthusiastic amateur, but replacing it with a new one is easier. And the result is almost always a lot nicer!

Buddyseats for your Kreidler can be found at JMPB parts in different versions. You can for example choose from a simple black model if you like lean and tight. Who loves nostalgia can choose the buddyseat performed in crème and gray and is finished with a red stripe. This version was widely used in the model years 1969 & 1972 and is still popular with moped riders. Other buddyseats are available in red / black or black with imprint 'Kreidler'.
