Pistons with 1 or 2 springs
The answer to the question of whether you better can buy a piston with 1 or with 2 springs is not easily answered. This depends, among other things, on the type of moped and the driving behaviour of the driver. As a rule, however, we can state that, due to the lower resistance, high-speed moped engines are better off with a single piston ring (top piston). For low-speed engines, pistons with both 1 and 2 piston rings are suitable.
